File Downloading Instructions

When you review and place your order, you will be directed to your order confirmation page containing a red "Download Now" link. Clicking on this link will open the .pdf document on your screen.

To save the file to a desired directory, right-click on the "Download Now" link and select "Save Target As ...". Navigate to the desired directory and click on the "Save" button. The file will be saved to the directory under the default filename.

If for any reason you choose not to download the file from the order confirmation page, you may always do so using the order status link, which will be located in your order confirmation e-mail. Simply click on the link and you will be directed to your order status page. The page will contain a red "Download Now" link identical to the one on the order confirmation page. Click on the link and you will be prompted to enter your credit card number for verification purposes. Your credit card will not be charged for items you already paid for. After your credit card number is verified, you will be returned to the order status page where you will then be able to open or dowload the file as described in the above paragraphs.
